My stay at the Hilton Chicago was truly memorable. The service here is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. However, the rooms need some upgrades and cleaning attention, which was disappointing given the hotel’s reputation. Overall, it’s a lovely place, particularly for its customer service, but the conditions of the rooms left something to be desired.
